No. The Smart Booking function is a closed system that requires access data. Automated comparability (crawling) is therefore not possible.

The Smart Booking function offers you numerous advantages for your hotel. You gain direct access to qualified travel agencies and tour operators and can create individual commission models and special conditions for selected partners. By simplifying communication with sales partners and reducing the administrative workload, you can effectively optimize your sales strategy. The function also enables you to create customized offers, which increases the likelihood of bookings and allows you to present additional services and upgrades in a targeted manner. As no additional technical requirements such as GDS or Channel Manager are necessary, booking requests are processed manually, which promotes direct communication with potential customers. With Loop Plus, you as a travel agency or tour operator can book from an exclusive selection of the best luxury hotels worldwide at attractive prices. Every booking includes unique Loop Plus VIP added value for your customers. The booking process is manual:

1. you send a booking request via the system.
2. the request is forwarded manually to the relevant hotel staff.
3. the hotel processes the request individually and creates a customized offer.

When booking a hotel via the Smart Booking function, your customers receive considerable added value at the hotel and always have the status of a VIP guest. The Loop Plus benefits vary depending on the hotel and can include the following benefits, for example:

1. Daily complimentary breakfast for two people per room
2. Early check-in and late check-out
3. Room upgrade subject to availability.

Most of the Loop Plus advantage rates offered correspond to the so-called "best available rate" for the respective period (also called "flexible rate", "best flexible rate" or "standard rate"). In addition, reduced special rates, such as free nights for longer stays or a percentage discount, can be agreed with the hotel.

No. The travel agency does not need its own IATA number, nor is a GDS necessary. Bookings are made manually and the hotel will communicate directly with the agency.

Yes, MICE agencies and group providers can use Loop Plus for bookings. In principle, it is possible to submit group requests of any size via the platform. For smaller groups with fewer than 10 rooms, the booking process is the same as for individual bookings. However, for inquiries of 10 rooms or more, most hotels prefer to handle them directly via their group department. In such cases, Loop Plus will forward the request to the appropriate department to allow for individual processing and customized quotes for larger groups. It is important to note that group bookings of this size are usually not possible via conventional GDS systems. Loop Plus therefore acts as an intermediary between you and the hotel to ensure the best possible service for larger groups and MICE requests.

Yes, all suppliers and buyers have the opportunity to test the platform free of charge. Our support team will be happy to answer any questions.

The Loop Plus online portal is a closed B2B network within the luxury travel industry and is not available to end consumers. Suppliers and Buyers must operate in the 4 or 5 star-category and will be screened by our team upon registration to ensure a good fit for our community of luxury travel consultants. Suppliers that can sign up are: hotels, resorts, villas, DMCs, tourism authorities, airlines and cruise lines. As a buyer, you can sign up: travel agents, tour operators, MICE agencies and media agencies (editors).

Loop Plus supports your existing sales efforts by providing you with a platform and resources to increase your visibility across the premium luxury tourism product network, regardless of consortium or affiliation. Planning trips and tracking all product options has become more complicated in recent years. Suppliers and buyers have been asking for one place to find everything they need. And with Loop Plus, they are now "up to date" and always part of the communication. The platform works for you even when you're not working.

The Loop Plus Booking Engine opens up an additional attractive and alternative distribution channel in an exclusive and closed network for hand-picked customers. Visibility with selected buyers (travel agencies, tour operators, MICE agencies, etc.) is guaranteed. Additionally, in case of a booking via our Smart Booking, it is visible who made the booking. Accommodations must be bookable via GDS and can deposit gross and/or net rates. In contrast to the usual distribution channels in the industry, a booking via the Loop Plus booking engine is not an intermediary, but a direct booking between buyers and suppliers. Our customer base as well as our Smart Booking is not publicly accessible, i. e. a comparison of the rates from the outside is not possible. (e. g. by meta search engines or algorithms of other booking platforms).

All hotels are selected and verified by us and offer comfort and amenities at the highest level. All hotels guarantee an attractive Loop Plus rate from the first booking. Lobster Experience has maintained an intensive and special relationship with its hotel partners for many years. Travel agents appear to the hotel as the "booking person" when booking and are visible, which is usually not the case with the well-known booking platforms and distribution channels.

Buyers (travel agencies, tour operators, MICE agencies, etc.) do not need any special technical requirements or CRS access (e. g. SABRE etc.) to book via our booking engine. Bookings are processed online via our Loop Plus booking tool.

For suppliers and buyers (except media, journalists) an annual membership fee is charged and includes access to a comprehensive database within a unique tourism premium network, which unites suppliers such as, journalists, bloggers, tour operators and travel agents, who belong to the "Who is who" of the luxury travel industry. For hotels, this participation fee can ideally be accounted for as marketing fee, service charge or similar. For more detailed information please contact our support.

If you are already registered at loop Events, your access data for the Loop Plus platform are identical. (mail address & password). The Loop Plus login page is: https://plus.loop-luxury-fair.com/en/ If the access does not work despite your existing login data, it is in most cases because your mail address is not yet activated for Loop Plus. To use the search function (search for supplier/buyer) you must have at least 1 active and complete business profile. And only then you are visible to others.

As an account holder, you register for your company and are also the invoice recipient. The account should exist only 1x if possible. (Exception would be the economic separation of locations, etc.) As an account holder you can create sub-users who can also manage your system. The employee contacts appear as contact persons in the business profile.

Your Loop Plus profile is an advertising space. Create it as informative and attractive as possible.Upload meaningful and professionally created images in good quality. (For travel agencies e.g. office, team or preferred destinations). If you do not have your own material, you can also use free image databases such as pixabay.com. For accommodations, good images should usually be available. Please do not upload multiple images. The pictures should be professionally photographed and at least in HD resolution (JPG, 1920x1080 pixels, max 4 MB).

Your Loop Plus profile is an advertising space. Make it as informative and attractive as possible. If possible, upload meaningful and professionally created images in good quality. (Hotels usually have good image material). Please do not upload multiple images. The pictures should be professionally photographed and at least in HD resolution (JPG, 1920x1080 pixels, max 4 MB).

Travel agencies and tour operators want to contact the relevant departments in the hotel as quickly as possible without detours. (E.g. Reservation, SPA Manager, F&B Manager etc.) Without specifying employee contacts it is hardly possible for buyers to contact them. In cases where there is only 1 employee/owner, this must also be created as a contact in the profile and activated with the check mark. The single specification of an emergency number is not sufficient.

Suppliers want to contact the relevant departments in the travel agency/tour operator as quickly as possible without detours. (E.g. customer service, flight reservations, etc.) Without specifying employee contacts, it is hardly possible for suppliers to make contact. In cases where there is only 1 employee/owner, this must also be created as a contact in the profile and activated with the check mark. The single specification of an emergency number is not sufficient.

It is important to briefly present your own company in text form. In most cases, for example, the text of your own website can be used. (e.g. About us). For suppliers/buyers, the most important information and competencies should be listed, similar to an advertisement. (Both languages in German/English). For the translation free AI programs like Deepl or ChatGPT can be used.

The map position gives the supplier/buyer information about the time zone and is important for contacting the supplier/buyer. For hotels, the correct location is displayed here. Simply search for your own address in Google Maps. A red pin appears on the map. Click on this pin with the right mouse button. 2 values with approx. 14 digits each appear. These are the coordinates. Then simply copy and paste them into the two profile fields in Loop Plus. The correct entry of the data from the Google Maps map is explained in the video tutorial.

In the profile there is a black button DETAIL VIEW. Here you can check the display from the perspective of the other user page. In this view, missing information is also quickly noticed. Does your profile look good and attractive?
