Vintage Tea Trips

Vintage Tea Trips are an afternoon tea and city sightseeing experience with a difference. Located in Dublin City they have been conducting tours since 2016. The experience takes place on board a fully restored vintage Routemaster double decker bus. Each of the three buses retains the original features of the half cab and iconic open back platform. They've all been lovingly restored with booths on the upper and lower deck to create a social atmosphere. While on board guests indulge in afternoon tea made fresh using local Irish produce. The afternoon tea includes sandwiches, cakes, warm scones and of course a selection of teas and coffees. The produce used in is all locally sourced and has been awarded and accredited by Good Food Ireland which is the trustmark for Irish food and drink experiences. The semi guided tour begins at Stephen’s Green and takes in the main sights of Dublin city including Phoenix Park, Georgian Dublin, Guinness Storehouse and O’Connell Street. On board hosts regale guests with their favourite stories of Dublin. Each host is engaged in their stories and bring their own unique playful characters to their narrative. Vintage Tea Trips operate all year round and with three buses in the fleet they run tours up to nine times a day, seven days a week. Throughout the year they also run a Christmas Lights Trip as well as tours for Halloween, Bloomsday and so much more. Private hires and customisable trips can also be arranged to suit specific groups needs such as airport pick ups, custom routes, hotel pick up and/or drop off etc.
